For the production of the pinions it is used the steel 16 MnCR 5 subject to the regulations of OEM quality. The steel is formed with high precise CNC automatic lathe. Because of the special indentation method and the carburization from 700 HV 40 with the case depth of 0,4 mm, the pinions satisfy the highest quality standards. With modern broaching machines we guarantee an accurate fit size on the drive-shaft with an axial tolerance under 0,1 mm.
